Please allow up to 7 business days for custom photo charm orders. Simply email us your photo(s) using the contact us link above or to sales@havasu-giftscool.com. In the subject line put new order. Most proofs are emailed within 48 hours. Once we receive your approval, processing time is 3-4 days.

RETURNS

30 Day Return Policy-If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, return it to us in original condition, complete with all original parts, for a hassle-free replacement or refund (freight charges are nonrefundable). Please include original paperwork or a copy of such documents and a note of some kind specifying if you need a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
